Each varietal in the blend brings unique qualities to deliver a bottle that delights us with new discoveries in every glass. Primarily composed of Zinfandel and Petite Sirah, we used 20% whole cluster Zinfandel to help deliver a vibrant flavor profile, with Petite Sirah adding a deeper complexity. We also discovered a small planting of the Portuguese grape Souzao on our estate, which provides a seamless tannin structure on the finish.
